We were recently interviewed by Hardwood Floors magazine for our participation in the National Wood Flooring Association’s Online University

Phillips’ Floors is committed to ongoing training for all of our installers, and the NWFA’s recent addition of an online university has been a fantastic addition to our training regimen.
All of our crew leaders and salespeople are currently going through this program (many have already completed it) to further their already extensive knowledge of the proper methods for installing and finishing hardwood floors. In addition, all of our apprentices will be required to complete this program prior to promotion to crew leader.
This is just one more step in our commitment to providing all of our customers with the best possible installations for their flooring needs.
